Button Factory Canada is fully owned and operated in Alberta Canada. As such, your order is not subject to u.s. border brokerage fees and other international tax hassles. Above that, you also have the added benefit of knowing that your buttons were fully produced by Canadians earning an honest wage and not a third world country sweat shop.

It is important that you clearly indicate on your purchase order if a crucial delivery date is required. A customer service representative MUST then confirm the shipping date as well as the various methods of transportation.

Your preferred shipping method must be specified on your order. Button Factory Canada will make its best effort to deliver your order in a timely manner by the requested shipping method. If an alternative shipping method is required for timely delivery, you will be notified.
